As a courtesy to our other Clients & our hardworking Service Providers, we ask that you please notify the salon 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If a late cancellation happens more than once, or an appointment is missed entirely a credit card will be required to reschedule. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total & day of cancellations & no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. We offer a courtesy call before your appointment, as well as an email reminder.

We love children, but due to safety hazards present in our environment such as sharp implements, hot tools, hot wax, & chemicals, we absolutely cannot allow children to run or play on, or with any equipment.  We ask that ALL children under the age of 12 be well attended at all times by a guardian & that they remain in the reception area while not receiving services.  Due to the size of our establishment we also do not have the capacity to accommodate strollers past the reception area at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause & we appreciate your understanding that our Clients safety is our top priority!

Unopened or lightly used product may be returned within 30 days for a full cash refund or for retail credit within 90 days.

YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR #1 PRIORITY: Should you not be satisfied with your service for any reason, please call Lavish within 5 days so that we may address any concerns you may have in a timely fashion.
