Salon Policies


A credit card on file is required to schedule all services. We recommend scheduling your appointments ahead of time to reserve your preferred time. There are sometimes last minute openings, it is best to call the Salon to check times. If the day and time you request is not available, we will be happy to add you to our cancellation list and contact you with any openings.



All prices listed for hair services are starting base prices. The cost may increase based on desired results and process, hair density and/or length. We provide complimentary consultations to help you achieve your hair goals!



When No-Shows, Last Minute Cancellation and/or Late Arrivals happen, it takes large blocks of time that impact our Service Providers and other Clients. We understand that emergencies & illnesses happen that can not be avoided however we try to respect our Service Providers’ time as much as we try to respect yours!


Therefore, at least 24 hours notice is required to cancel any appointment. If unable to do so the Client understands & acknowledges that they may be responsible for fees (*anywhere from 50-100% of service) if unable to do so. *Fees vary per service provider. If running 10 or more minutes late for an appointment, depending on service, it may limit what service provider is able to do and/or cause appointment to need to be rescheduled. Since the time reserved for appointment did not change for service provider, client is responsible for the full cost of service scheduled regardless of adjustments.



We will completely refund any unopened retail product within 30 days of purchase. 31-60 day from purchase we offer a retail credit.



If there is something about your color or cut that you do not love after your scheduled appointment, please call to speak with our front desk within 5 days of your original visit to schedule an adjustment! We want you to LOVE your hair and will do what it takes to make that happen!


We accept all major credit cards; Visa, Master, Discover & American Express. You may also add gratuities to these forms of payment. There is a 4% convenience fee added to all credit card transactions. We also accept cash and checks. Only gift certificates issued by Lavish Salon & Spa are accepted.



To ensure that all clients have a peaceful visit we ask that cell phone calls be kept to a minimum and speakerphone/Facetime not be used.
